Drivers are expected to abide by traffic rules and regulations in the UAE. For every traffic fine levied by the driver of the vehicle, the customer will be charged a nominal fee to cover the charges. This applies to all vehicles including sports and luxury cars.

In case the renter meets an accident and is booked by the police under a hit-and-run case, irrespective of culpability, the renter must pay Soly the full amount of insurance excess listed on the Vehicle Hire Agreement. However, if the client opts for SDW, this clause does not apply. Nevertheless, a police report must be registered in all cases.
In the event of an unfortunate accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter must immediately notify the police. A police report is mandatory in such cases; otherwise, the renter will be held responsible for the entire cost of damage to the vehicle.

While we understand that the comforts of luxury and sports cars are hard to let go of, we value punctuality. Hence, if a renter is late in returning the car as per the stipulated deadline, an additional day’s charge is applied as per the category of the vehicle – luxury, sports, or economy.
